This past weekend was the fourth annual Veld Music Festival, that featured acts such as Deadmau5, Kaskade Nicky Romero, Oliver Heldens, A$AP Rocky, Steve Aoki, and many more. Sadly, the weekend was also a stormy one, which led to a 2 hour delay during the first day, and the second day being cancelled about half way through. Headliners such as Hardwell, Above & Beyond, DVBBS, Carnage, and Laidback Luke were among the acts that were cut.
This cancellation is reminiscent of Digital Dreams, which in June had the first day cancelled due to high winds and rain. Despite the gloomy situation, it seemed like people made the best out of it and enjoyed the music.
